This is Volus the Dragon at Fantasy Con 2014. This prop has a 53' wingspan and almost reached the ceiling the Salt Lake City Salt Palace convention center. Much of the hard parts are urethane. The wings appear to be fabric. Its appearance is enhanced by fog effects and lighting.
