While attending Sasquan the World Science Fiction Convention in Spokane, Washington, I took a stroll around the downtown Convention Center where the con was placed. The grounds represent the site of the World's Fair known as Expo 74. This is a view of the Spokane River just behind the dam that creates a waterfall on the opposite side. The weather cleared on Saturday morning to reveal a blue sky mirrored upon the water behind the dam.
