Description

More reports on the biology and behavior of dragonellas can be seen in my DA "LEXY WORKS" gallery:

The Kimchi Dragonellas were once widespread throughout the Korean Peninsula. They are now confined to a small pocket around the port city of Pusan, ROK. They are thought to be completely extinct north of the 38th Parallel. There they fell victim to human hunger and were hunted for food. There is a misconception that these creatures eat cabbages and other leafy vegetables. They in fact eat insects and other vermin that can infest garden plots. They are known to build nests on heads of cabbage and bukchoy as the cultivation period of these vegetables coincides with the breeding season of the dragonellas.
