Coccosteus cuspidatus Model Stock

Coccosteus was a late Devonian arthrodire armored fish. It is related to the famous giant predator Dunkleosteus known from the Cleveland Shale of Ohio. Coccosteus has been found in both North America and Europe. It lived in freshwater associated with the Old Red Sandstone continent.
 
This life-like model is on display at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center in Thermopolis, WY.

This model is abut 50 cm long. I do not know who made the model but it is of excellent quality.
